Key Benefits of Raison ASN 34-0-0+3S

1. Maximum Nitrogen Density (34% N) for High-Yield Demands

The highest nitrogen concentration in our ASN range, designed for crops with massive nitrogen uptake requirements. Ideal for silage corn, wheat, barley, and ryegrass, providing the raw energy needed for explosive vegetative growth and maximizing dry matter accumulation.

2. Balanced Nitrate-Ammonium Synergy (17% + 17%)

Delivers the immediacy of nitrate for rapid green-up and the staying power of ammonium for sustained feeding. This dual-action approach outperforms urea by reducing volatilization losses and minimizing leaching, resulting in superior Nitrogen Use Efficiency (NUE).

3. Essential Sulfur Inclusion (3% S)

While focused on nitrogen, the inclusion of 3% sulfur ensures basic sulfur needs are met, supporting protein synthesis and enzyme function. This prevents secondary sulfur deficiency often seen when using straight nitrogen sources like UAN or Anhydrous Ammonia.

4. Physically Superior Hard Granules (2-4mm)

Engineered for the most demanding spreading conditions. The uniform granule size ensures consistent flow and pinpoint accuracy at widths up to 36 meters, minimizing skips and overlaps for uniform crop stands.

5. 100% Water-Soluble for Versatile Application

Dissolves instantly without residue, making it perfect for fertigation systems (drip, pivot, sprinkler). It will not clog nozzles or filters, ensuring reliable nutrient delivery in high-frequency irrigation schedules.

6. Slightly Acidic Profile (pH 5.0-6.0)

Helps neutralize alkaline soils over time, improving the availability of micronutrients like iron and zinc, which are vital for chlorophyll production and disease resistance in high-yielding crops.

7. Export-Grade Compliance & Logistics

Classified as Non-Dangerous Goods for seamless global shipping. Each shipment is accompanied by full SGS/CIQ inspection reports, MSDS, and COA to guarantee compliance and facilitate smooth customs clearance.

Application Methods

Broadcasting: Spread evenly across the soil surface using calibrated spreaders. For conventional tillage, incorporate into the top 5–10 cm of soil with light harrowing within 24 hours to minimize ammonia volatilization. In no-till systems, apply immediately before rainfall (>10mm) or irrigate within 12 hours. Ideal for pre-plant basal application in broadacre cereals, pastures, and silage crops.

Side-Dressing / Banding: Place fertilizer 5–10 cm beside and 5 cm below the seed row during active vegetative growth. Never apply in direct seed contact – ammonium ions can inhibit germination and root development. For corn, apply at the V6–V8 growth stage; for wheat/barley, apply at the tillering to early stem elongation stage; for perennial pastures, apply after each grazing or cutting cycle. This placement reduces nitrogen loss by 30–40% compared to surface broadcasting.

Fertigation: ASN 34-0-0+3S dissolves completely in water without residue. Prepare stock solutions in agitated tanks at concentrations not exceeding 20% (200g/L). Inject into irrigation lines downstream of filters and pressure regulators. After each application, flush lines with clean water for 15–20 minutes to prevent salt crystallization at emitters. Split total nitrogen applications into 3–4 doses during the growing season to match crop uptake peaks. Avoid injecting during peak sunlight hours to reduce evaporation losses.

Foliar Spray (Corrective Use Only): This product is primarily designed for soil application. For emergency correction of acute nitrogen/sulfur deficiency (identified by uniform pale green to yellow new leaves), prepare dilute solutions at 1–2% concentration (10–20g/L). Always conduct a jar test before mixing with pesticides – check for precipitation, heat generation, or reduced efficacy. Never mix with strong alkaline products (e.g., calcium nitrate, potassium carbonate, Bordeaux mixture). Apply during early morning or late evening when stomata are open and evaporation rates are low. Limit foliar applications to 2–3 times per season at 14-day intervals.

Precautions & Best Practices

Soil Testing: ASN 34-0-0+3S is a high-nitrogen formulation. Calculate application rates based on recent soil tests (alkaline hydrolyzable nitrogen), target yield goals, and crop nutrient removal data. Over-application can cause cereal lodging, delayed maturity, and increased nitrate leaching. For sulfur-deficient soils (<10 ppm available S), supplement with additional sulfate fertilizers if needed.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated warehouse with relative humidity <70%. Stack bags on wooden pallets (maximum 10 layers high) to prevent ground moisture absorption. Keep bags tightly sealed until use. Implement a FIFO (First-In-First-Out) inventory system to minimize storage time. Do not store near heat sources or flammable materials.

Mixing: Compatible with most granular and liquid fertilizers. Strictly avoid mixing with strong alkalis (calcium nitrate, potassium carbonate, sodium hydroxide) – reactions release toxic ammonia gas and reduce nutrient availability. When combining with pesticides, verify compatibility through a small-scale jar test (observe for precipitate formation, gas evolution, or temperature changes over 2 hours).

Environmental Conditions: Apply when rainfall is forecast within 24 hours or irrigate immediately after application to move nutrients into the root zone. Avoid application during: heavy rainfall (>25mm/day) (risk of runoff), high winds (>15km/h) (uneven distribution), temperatures >30°C (increased volatilization), or on frozen/snow-covered ground (nutrient loss to meltwater). Maintain buffer zones of at least 10 meters from water bodies.

Safety: Although free ammonia content is low (≤200 p.p.m.), always wear nitrile gloves, NIOSH-approved dust masks (N95 or higher), and safety goggles during handling. Avoid prolonged skin contact and inhalation of dust. Wash hands, face, and exposed skin thoroughly after handling. Store separately from food, feed, and pharmaceuticals. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water for 15 minutes and seek medical attention.

Crop-Specific Timing: Corn/Silage: Apply 60–70% as pre-plant basal fertilizer, remaining 30–40% as side-dress at V6–V8 stage. Winter Cereals (Wheat/Barley): Top-dress 100% in early spring at tillering to jointing stage. Perennial Pastures: Apply 30–40% after each of 2–3 annual harvests/grazings. Forage Sorghum: Split applications at planting, 30 days after emergence, and pre-boot stage. Adjust rates based on tissue testing during critical growth phases.

A: We focus on two core categories:

  • Agricultural fertilizers: Urea (46% N, prilled/granular), NPK compound fertilizers, Potassium Nitrate (technical/agri grade) and related potash/blended fertilizers.

  • Industrial & hazardous chemicals: organic peroxides/initiators (MEKP, BPO, etc.), corrosive chemicals (e.g. Caustic Soda flakes/liquid, acids), and associated inorganic salts/industrial materials.

We position ourselves as an integrated supplier covering sourcing, quality check, repacking/labeling, warehousing coordination and export documentation.

Q: How do you guarantee compliance and smooth customs clearance?

A: Compliance is non-negotiable in our segment. For each shipment we can prepare the standard export document set required by most importers:

  • COA / MSDS(SDS) per batch

  • Certificate of Origin

  • Commercial Invoice / Packing List

  • When needed: SGS/third-party inspection, quantity & quality reports, and additional certificates (depending on destination & product)

For hazardous goods (DG), we work within the required DG framework: proper UN marking, DG declarations, and DG-class aware logistics booking from Qingdao/Shanghai/Tianjin.

A: Yes—KNO₃ is part of our handled range, but we treat it as what it is: a 5.1 oxidizer and a controlled/regulated item in many jurisdictions. We only offer it when the inquiry matches a lawful end-use and the buyer can work with proper DG procedures (correct documentation, compliant packaging, and DG-capable carriers). If you are unsure about your local import permit/license path, tell us your country & HS code requirement and we’ll align the paperwork accordingly.

A: Yes. Common options include 25 kg / 50 kg PP woven + PE inner, and FIBC/Jumbo bags (500/1000 kg). We can arrange OEM bag printing (your logo, multi-language labels, lot/batch info). For hazardous items, any “custom pack” must still respect DG/UN packaging rules—so we’ll confirm which artwork/labels are feasible before production.

A: After deposit & artwork confirmation (if any), typical windows are roughly:

  • In-stock / spot arrangements: 7–15 days to readiness

  • Made-to-order / special specs / OEM bags: 15–30 days (depends on spec, inspection, DG queue)

Main export gateways: Qingdao / Shanghai / Tianjin, chosen by cargo type, container equipment and routing cost.

A: For most lines we quote against 1×20ft FCL as the practical MOQ (to keep unit cost & logistics sane). Smaller LCL lots are possible case-by-case—especially for DG where carriers/permits drive feasibility.

Payment norm: T/T (30% deposit + 70% against copy docs / BL); other terms discussed per client profile & inspected track record.

A: Yes. We can arrange small representative samples (often courier / local express) for your lab check. For hazardous items, sample channel must follow DG courier rules—sometimes that means higher cost or an alternative arrangement. Sample cost & freight are usually on buyer’s account; refundable against first container in many cases.
