1. Ultra-High Sulfur Formula (24% S) for S-Hungry Crops
Specifically engineered for oilseeds (rapeseed/canola), alliums (garlic, onion), and legumes where sulfur is the yield-and-quality limiter. The 21:24 N:S ratio (~1:1.14) closely matches the uptake pattern of high-sulfur crops, maximizing oil content in canola and pungency/flavor compounds in alliums.
2. Dual-Action Nitrogen (Nitrate + Ammonium, 21% N)
Balanced 10.5% nitrate-N for instant green-up and 10.5% ammonium-N for sustained feeding. Compared to straight urea, ASN reduces nitrogen leaching and volatilization losses, improving Nitrogen Use Efficiency (NUE) especially in sandy or high-rainfall zones.
3. Soil pH Conditioner for Alkaline & Calcareous Soils
With pH 5.0–6.0 (slightly acidic), ASN 21-0-0+24S actively lowers rhizosphere pH in alkaline soils, unlocking locked-up micronutrients (Fe, Mn, Zn) that are critical for chlorophyll formation and disease resistance.
4. Physically Superior Hard Granules (2-4mm)
Uniform size and high crushing strength deliver pin-point spread accuracy at 24–36m boom widths. Minimal dust protects equipment and operator, while the granule’s integrity prevents segregation in the hopper.
5. 100% Water-Soluble – Fertigation & Foliar Ready
Dissolves completely without residue or sludge. Perfect for modern drip systems, pivot irrigation, and hydroponics. No emitter clogging, no filter backwashing headaches.
6. Export-Grade Compliance & Full Documentation
Classified as Non-Dangerous Goods for smooth international shipping. Every shipment backed by COA, MSDS, SGS/CIQ inspection, and Certificate of Origin for hassle-free customs clearance.
7. Flexible Packaging & OEM Support
9.9 kg / 25 kg / 50 kg laminated woven bags, 1000 kg UV-stabilized jumbo bags, or bulk. Private label/OEM available to build your brand in local markets.
Application Methods
Broadcasting: Spread evenly on the soil surface. Incorporate into the soil with light tillage or irrigate within 24 hours to minimize volatilization losses, especially in warm climates. Ideal as a pre-plant basal application for broadacre crops.
Side-Dressing / Banding: Place 5–10 cm beside and below the seed row during active vegetative stages (e.g., rapeseed stem elongation, wheat tillering). Do not place ASN in direct seed contact to avoid ammonium toxicity and seedling injury.
Fertigation: ASN 21-0-0+24S dissolves rapidly and completely. Use a stock solution tank with continuous agitation. Flush drip lines thoroughly after each cycle to prevent salt buildup at the emitters. Recommended as a split application (2–3 times per season) for high-sulfur demand crops.
Foliar Spray (Corrective Use Only): While primarily a soil-applied fertilizer, dilute solutions (1–2%) can be used to correct acute sulfur or nitrogen deficiencies (e.g., interveinal chlorosis). Always perform a jar test before tank-mixing with pesticides. Avoid mixing with strong alkalis (such as Calcium Nitrate or Potassium Carbonate).
Precautions & Best Practices
Soil Testing: This is a high-sulfur (24% S) formulation. Base application rates on soil tests showing < 10 ppm available S. Over-application on sulfur-sufficient soils leads to unnecessary costs and environmental load.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area. Although ASN has low hygroscopicity, it can cake under high humidity (>70%). Keep bags sealed until use.
Mixing: Generally compatible with most pesticides and fertilizers. However, avoid mixing with strong alkalis (such as Calcium Nitrate or Potassium Carbonate), which can trigger ammonia volatilization.
Environmental Conditions: Apply when rain is expected within 24 hours or irrigate immediately to wash nutrients into the root zone. Avoid application during heavy rainfall to prevent nutrient runoff.
Safety: Although low in free ammonia (≤ 200 p.p.m.), wear gloves and a dust mask during handling to prevent skin irritation and inhalation of fine particles.
